Everyone loves a fresh face to get excited about. That’s what you’re getting with emerging singer-songwriter Tyson Pedro. Based out of South Australia, the 24-year-old is arriving onto the music scene showcasing an authentic indie-pop sound through his expressive and relatable songwriting and captivating melodies that will leave you wanting more.
After playing guitar and singing at solo gigs and events for over 14 years, as well as a stint on national television being in the blind auditions on 'The Voice' in 2020, it is now time for the South Australian to step into his own solo music direction. Tyson released his debut Single ‘Whisky’ in June, 2022 and has only just begun to build his own original music catalogue, with recent releases of ‘Tell Me’ and ‘Back To December’ dropping in early 2023. Tyson’s music experience ensures a sense of originality in his energetic storytelling and allows listeners to create meanings within his songs of romance, heartbreak, loss and hope.
Tyson’s stage presence and character brings his indie-pop vibe to life at live gigs and ties his music together from a range of experiences to bring his songs to life. Tyson draws inspiration from other indie-pop artists including Dean Lewis, Harry Styles, Dominic Fike, Holy Holy and The Vanns.

“Back To December” encapsulates the feelings of wanting to go back to when you had it all without even knowing it. You had the girl, you had freedom and you had excitement of the dreams you were chasing. However, as the days go on, you feel as though you begin to lose touch with those feelings and as the world and landscape around you quickly changes, you're left reminiscing… wanting to go "Back To December".
